I haven't posted my menu much lately, but I have been meal planning. I've been following so many cooking blogs, my list of recipes I want to make is only getting longer and longer and I don't have enough days in the week to make all of them!
Here are some of the items on my plan this week:

I also made impromptu Carbonara when I realized that I had to have a quick meal before David went to class.
This menu has worked well since a lot of the recipes had overlapping ingredients - for example, spinach and mushrooms. What's on your plan?

mmmmmm!!!!!!! Let's see- we're having Thai Chicken & noodles, spaghetti & meatballs, homemade pizza, and quiche & fruit salad.
